I am very happy to write this letter to wish you a Blessed Easter. May the Risen Lord make it possible in our lives to enjoy the Easter peace and happiness amidst the struggles of life. May the Risen Lord give us hope. Filled with the graces of Easter, may we become confident that we can lead a joyful and fruitful life.

Sono molto felice di scrivervi per augurarvi una Pasqua benedetta. Che il Signore risorto vi consenta di godere la pace e la gioia della Pasqua nelle vostre vite anche nelle tribolazioni. Possa il Signore risorto donarci speranza. Ricolmi della grazia pasquale, confidiamo di condurre una vita gioiosa e feconda.

How are you? How is your health?. I always pray for you. During this Lenten season my Boarding children are praying for you continually, sometimes fasting. I do believe in the children’s prayers. They are more powerful and effective.

Come va? Come state? Io prego sempre per voi. Durante questa Quaresima i bambini che ospitiamo pregano per voi continuamente, talvolta digiunando. Io credo nelle preghiere dei bambini: sono molto potenti ed efficaci.

Now we are having the WAY OF THE CROSS in streets of every village of the parish everyday. It has become very effective popular devotion. We tie sound system to a auto rickshaw and we move through streets. We place pictures of Stations of the Cross on iron poles. We start 6.30 p.m and we come back to presbytery only around 12. p.m at night. Whole credit goes to you only. It is your support and encouragement.

Ora stiamo celebrando la Via Crucis nelle strade di ogni villaggio, quotidianamente. È divenuta un momento di grande devozione popolare. La diffondiamo con un sistema sonoro mobile attraversando le strade. Posizioniamo le immagini delle stazioni della Via Crucis su aste metalliche. Iniziamo alle ore 18.30 e rientriamo in parrocchia intorno a mezzanotte. Tutto il merito va a voi. È il vostro aiuto ed incoraggiamento.

I sued to conduct different meetings and camps at parish level in my previous parish at Mamidikuduru. Like last year in this new parish also, I would like to conduct some camps and prayer meetings in the summer. From April 26, 2008 on wards I am planning to conduct different camps for children, youth, elders of the mission stations and Charismatic prayer meetings for the faithful of the parish. For each group of people, I would like to conduct the camps for three days. It is just to strengthen the Catholic community. It is a big work. For three days charismatic prayer meetings thousands of people come. On final day we have to feed them with meals.

Ho insistito per condurre diversi ritiri e riunioni a livello parrocchiale a Mamidikuduru, la mia precedente parrocchia. Come avvenuto l’anno scorso anche in questa nuova parrocchia, vorrei condurre ritiri e momenti di preghiera nel corso dell’estate. Sto progettando di realizzare, dal 26 aprile 2008, vari campeggi–ritiri per i bambini, per i giovani e per gli anziani della missione ed incontri di preghiera carismatici per i fedeli della parrocchia. Per ciascun gruppo di persone vorrei che i campeggi–ritiri durassero tre giorni. Ciò consentirà di rinvigorire la comunità cattolica. È un gran lavoro: ai tre giorni degli incontri di preghiera carismatici saranno presenti migliaia di persone, e nel giorno conclusivo dobbiamo dar loro da mangiare.

Once again I personally thank you for your financial support to run the Boarding till this end of this present Academic year. They children are getting ready for their annual Exams. All the children are studying well. It is also out or your mere generosity.

Ancora una volta vi ringrazio personalmente del sostegno economico offerto in favore dei ragazzi che ospitiamo fino alla fine del corrente anno scolastico. Essi stanno preparandosi per i loro esami annuali e studiano con profitto. Questo ancora grazie alla vostra sola generosità.

I would like to take your advice on the matter of parish church construction. If you advice me to move forward, I will; otherwise I will stop. The matter is this:

Vorrei chiedere il vostro parere in merito alla costruzione della chiesa parrocchiale. Se mi suggerirete di andare avanti lo farò, in caso contrario mi fermerò. La questione è la seguente:

As you know pretty well, it is already 26 years passed since this parish was erected. This Razole parish was bifurcated five time and from this same parish another five parishes were erected. The sad thing is that the mother parish {Razole parish} which gave birth for another five parishes has no parish church till now. The other four parishes [its daughters] have parish church. Now the parish is in dire need of parish church immediately. I would like to make an appeal to Rev. Fr. Giancarlo and parishioners of MANDRIOLO. The faith has been growing in this parish through the support and encouragement of Fr. Giancarlo and parishioners OF MANDRIOLO. Every stone and ever faithful will speak of Fr. Giancarlo and Mandrilo parish. I would like to build this parish church here in memory of Mandriolo parish. Hence I would like to request Fr. Giancarlo and Mandrilo Parishioners to come forward to support to construction of Parish church.

Come ben sapete, sono trascorsi già 26 anni da quando la parrocchia fu istituita. Questa parrocchia di Razole fu suddivisa cinque volte e da essa furono costituite altrettante nuove parrocchie. La cosa triste è che la parrocchia madre (Razole), dalla quale sono nate altre cinque parrocchie, non ha a tutt’oggi una sua chiesa. Le altre quattro (le sue sorelle) ne hanno una propria. Ora, però, la parrocchia ha un bisogno impellente di una sua chiesa. Rivolgo dunque un appello al reverendo don Giancarlo ed ai parrocchiani di Mandriolo. La fede è aumentata in questa parrocchia grazie al sostegno e all’incoraggiamento di Don Giancarlo e dei parrocchiani di Mandriolo. Ogni pietra e ogni fedele parleranno di don Giancarlo e della Parrocchia di Mandriolo. Vorrei erigere questa chiesa parrocchiale qui a ricordo della Parrocchia di Mandriolo. Eccomi dunque a chiedere a don Giancarlo ed ai parrocchiani di Mandriolo di aiutarmi per la costruzione della chiesa parrocchiale.
